I stayed in a spacious deluxe queen suite that was perfect for kids under 8 years old. It was really convenient to have an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and an individual safe. 🥰.

Had really nice stay in this great hotel, the staff were attentive, location was lovely on mountains. Satisfactory breakfasts with local food, everyone could try something new. The room was a nice size and newly remodelled and complete with cozy balcony, kids under 8 years old, for instance...

Its location not very far from Royal William Yard was marvellous and breathtaking. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a lovely area.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel tucked away in the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help with any requests. I particularly loved the cozy rooms, especially the ones on the top floor with their own balcony. The view of the mountains and green fields was absolutely breathtaking. Additionally, the location was perfect, with the ski area just a short distance away and a beautiful lake nearby. The breakfast offered was delicious and kept me energized for a long day of skiing.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Located in a convenient location for skiing, this hotel offers easy access to the slopes, a ski bus, and good facilities for skiers. the freshly refurbished rooms are clean, cosy and have parquet flooring. the large sauna area and leisure room, including table tennis and table football, are well-maintained and comfortable. the breakfast is spectacular and delicious, while the staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. the hotel also has a packed lunch service on request.

The dinner in the hotel restaurant lacks variety and is not as good as expected.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the spa with different saunas, jacuzzi and physioterm. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful with all of our enquiries. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and had a wide selection, including vegan options. We also enjoyed the beautiful location near the lake and ski areas.

Secondly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that my needs were met. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfactory and gave me a good start to the day. Additionally, the location near the lake and the ski area was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

One minor area for improvement could be the dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which didn't live up to expectations.

Stayed here on a city break and enjoyed the peaceful and quiet environment. Best aspect were the friendly staff and their helpfulness. The spa was also amazing with sauna, jacuzzi and other treatments. Best location with easy access parking and around 10 to 30 minutes from some stunning lakes.

The only negative was sometimes the weak Wi-Fi signal and some problems with the cashless payment system. It would have been helpful to have an option to pay per view.
